The Kinney KT-150 is a single-stage rotary piston vacuum pump, which is characterized by a high smoothness and a strong pump power. Like the other vacuum pumps of the Kinney KT series, these pumps are widely used in manufacturing processes, which operate under vacuum, for example, vacuum drying and vacuum coating. Cause of the excellent design of the vacuum pump even in dirty environments a long operation life can be expected. 

Smooth and vibration-free operation

The almost vibration-free working vacuum pump has a forced lubrication, which ensures at all pressures for a constant oil flow and thus for a permanent lubrication of the Kinney KT150. An adjustable gas ballast valve allows the pumping of condensable vapors. The condensation of steam in the oil pump is prevented thereby. In addition, in the pumping chamber no metallic contact between the piston and the housing takes place. Thanks to the almost vibration-free operation of the vacuum pump, no additional installation measures are needed - the KT-150 can be placed on stable ground therefore easy.
